Terms of Service

These terms explain how Riqatiq should be used, how the private vault recovery model works, and what happens when a user requests an irreversible security wipe.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using Riqatiq, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

Riqatiq is a private clarity and identity accountability platform. It is not a medical, emergency, legal, or financial service and should not be used as a substitute for professional care or advice.

2. Your account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials, authentication methods, 6-digit vault PIN, and recovery question answers.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to avoid using Riqatiq to store content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or intended to harm others.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact riqatiq@klirline.ca and use available in-app security controls as soon as possible.

3. Private vault and recovery limits

The 6-digit PIN vault is designed as a strong access barrier for sensitive Release and Awareness Base data. You understand that losing the PIN and failing configured recovery questions can make the protected data inaccessible.

Riqatiq may provide a recovery flow that asks security questions before allowing a PIN reset. If the answers do not verify, Riqatiq may block access to protected data to preserve the security model.

Riqatiq is not responsible for data that becomes inaccessible because you lost the PIN, lost recovery answers, or requested a security wipe.

4. Explicit data-wipe protocol

If you trigger an explicit reset or forget command after losing access to your cryptographic PIN, Riqatiq may send a verification link to your account email.

Clicking the verified wipe link starts a server-side deletion workflow that permanently purges the corresponding release logs, awareness entries, and related protected records from the live PostgreSQL database for the selected vault area.

This wipe protocol is irreversible. It is designed to let you make a fresh start without weakening the vault barrier for anyone attempting unauthorized access.

5. AI-generated reminders

Riqatiq may generate personalized reminder emails using your identity statements and awareness context. These reminders are informational and reflective; they are not professional advice.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on reminders, reflections, or content produced by the platform.

Riqatiq may adjust reminder generation rules, delivery cadence, and access eligibility as the product evolves.

6. Service availability and changes

Riqatiq may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or product focus.

We aim to maintain a high-trust experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during maintenance, provider outages, local development testing, or infrastructure incidents.

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms or privacy practices can be sent to riqatiq@klirline.ca.
